Constructora Hermida began operations in 1987 as Hermida & Asociados, S.A., founded by brothers Arch. Víctor Manuel Hermida García and Eng. Félix Manuel Hermida García.
For nearly four decades we have served the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean without interruption, known for integrating the most modern technology available on every project — from family homes to hotel complexes, energy infrastructure, and world-class sports facilities.
Today we have more than 800 professionals on payroll, regional presence across the Caribbean, and a portfolio that includes some of the most recognized projects in the country: Portillo Beach Club & Spa, Milwaukee Brewers Academy, Puerto Bahía Samaná, and the pioneering Los Guzmancito Wind Farm.

Founding
Hermida & Asociados, S.A. opens its doors in Santo Domingo, led by brothers Víctor Manuel and Félix Manuel Hermida García.
Villas & Shopping Centers
Launch of residential and commercial projects: family villas and shopping plazas that established the portfolio's foundation.
First National Award
Dominican Construction Award — Tourism Sector. Recognition of the team's construction excellence.
